Led and successfully launched new projects such as the ‘Odia Webtoon Academy’ at an online art education service company. Also directed the entire process of planning, UX design and research, and development of a new VOD learning platform, and conducted internal UX research projects for new platform UX analysis.

Worked as a UX Designer and Researcher, participated in the development of programs for color-blind users. Also planned new SaaS platform services, designed IA and created low-fidelity prototypes for it, and conducted internal UX research including quantitative and qualitative user research.

Participated in the industry-academic collaboration project ‘Design Innovation Competency Enhancement’, in the research project “Development of Servitization on Smart Air Clean System (Air-bot & Air-block) using Acoustic Waves and Clean Plasma Technology.” Served as an internal PM and participated in user research and UX design.

Worked as a teaching assistant for the “Joint Lecture Series of Yonsei and Korea University (Humanistic Reflection on Truth, Justice, and Freedom)” (UCI1166.01-00). Responsibilities included student management, attendance tracking, assisting with lectures, and reviewing assignments.

As a teaching assistant to the Associate Dean of the University College, assisted with the Associate Dean's duties and supported research-related tasks as requested.

Worked as an English Language instructor, teaching regular classes in reading, speaking, writing, and listening. Responsible for lesson delivery, assignment review, grading, and classroom supervision.

Worked as a Manager at Subway, overseeing store operations such as food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. Supervised part-time employees and maintained a clean and efficient store environment, both in the dining area and kitchen.
